About the Role
The PGT - Hindi will be responsible for delivering high-quality Hindi instruction to Grade 5 students, ensuring alignment with the Cambridge curriculum. The role demands effective classroom management, curriculum planning, and student assessment to achieve educational outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the Cambridge curriculum for Grade 5 Hindi. - Conduct engaging and interactive classes to facilitate student learning and comprehension of Hindi language concepts. - Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback. - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in school events and meetings. - Provide additional support and resources to students requiring extra assistance in Hindi. - Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hindi or related field. - B. Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Hindi or Education. - Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum. Experience Requirements: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, though prior teaching experience in a similar setting is advantageous.
