About the Role
The Preprimary Teacher will be responsible for creating a supportive and enriching educational experience for pre-primary students. The role requires designing and implementing age-appropriate learning activities that foster the intellectual and social development of children. The teacher will ensure a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute daily lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum and cater to the developmental needs of pre-primary students. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and respect among students. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional resources to engage students and enhance learning outcomes. - Monitor and assess student progress through regular observations and assessments, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. - Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices. - Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities to support student development. - Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times within the school premises. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education (B. Ed) or a relevant field. - Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Early Childhood Education. - Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies. Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary setting, preferably within a CBSE-affiliated school. Employment Details: Full-time position based in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
