PGT - SCIENCE

The PGT - Science will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education to Grade 10 students, ensuring alignment with the Cambridge curriculum. The role requires effective lesson planning, student assessment, and fostering a stimulating learning environment to achieve academic outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the Cambridge curriculum for Grade 10 Science. - Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning needs. - Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in departmental meetings. - Organize and supervise science-related extracurricular activities or projects. - Stay updated with the latest educational practices and integrate them into teaching strategies. Required Qualifications: - Master's degree in Science or a related field. - Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum. - Experience in teaching Science at the secondary level. Experience Requirements: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, though prior teaching experience in a similar role is advantageous.
