PRT - Marathi

The PRT - Marathi will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Marathi language instruction to Grade 5 students. The role requires developing lesson plans aligned with the Cambridge curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The teacher will ensure students achieve language proficiency and cultural understanding. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver daily Marathi lessons for Grade 5 students, ensuring alignment with the Cambridge curriculum standards. - Develop and implement engaging instructional materials and activities that cater to diverse learning styles. - Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes. - Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. - Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular activities and projects.

- Participate in professional development sessions and contribute to school-wide initiatives. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field with specialization in Marathi. - Proficiency in Marathi language and literature. - Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum framework. Preferred Qualifications: - B. Ed.

or equivalent teaching qualification. - Experience in teaching Marathi at the primary level in an international school setting. Experience Requirements: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, though prior teaching experience in a similar role is advantageous.
